Graphic Design & Fitness

Aside from my life of graphic design and creativity, I have a life of fitness and health. Having substantial nutrition, excellent health, and staying fit are just as vital to me as design is. That being said, I came across something that combines both my worlds together -- a creative infographic about fitness and health! :) This one in particular is a complete guideline for workout nutrition, provided by The Greatist and designed by Voltier Creative.

Health nuts and fitness experts know, everytime you have an intense workout, your body needs complete nutrition to replenish your muscles. For the new people starting out just to lose weight, remember to eat a proper nutritious meal to supplement your workout! Never skip a meal to "get skinny"..
